  • Complete with all included items
  • Free from missing parts or accessories
  • Free from any damage
  • Returned in its original condition

Any item returned without its original packaging, with missing contents, or with any damage may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Return Refusal

Flex Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed in this policy.
